My cookie journey started when I baked my first ever Millies cookies using this recipe I found here, I have since then not looked back. Though, I seldom bake cookies just for one simple reason, I don’t want to be addicted to them. They are very addictive! I bake them to remind myself that I still have my A- game on in baking.
Please don’t say it, I know what you are about to say… plantain again? Well yeah why not, what is not to love about plantain? You must be thinking I’ve got a plantation of plantain behind my house for posting three consecutive plantain recipes.
Summer is here, yaay! To everyone that have worked on their summer body till date, I say well done to you all and to some of us that have managed not to keep food out of our mouths, I say more power to our elbows. Lol
This recipe is for plantain/pancake lovers. I named it Plantain bite as it was an adaptation from the Ghanaian tatale and the jewish latkes.

Is it safe to call myself a food blogger or am I still getting there? One thing I noticed since I started food blogging is that I want everything to be perfect. I don’t want to plate like I’m serving in a cafeteria but like I’m being watched and my customers are paying a lot to see my food pictures as well as my recipes. I made this fried yam recently and it was almost perfect until I got a phone call from someone
Let me clear the air before I talk about this recipe, this is not nkwobi. I usually make peppered chopped cow skin for hubby and his friends but this time I decided to make it with cow legs with another twist.
I was feeling peckish the other day but to be honest I could have just drank water or ate a fruit, instead I went into the kitchen checked in the cupboard and bang I’m making a fudge. For this lovely soft melt in the mouth recipe, you will need 3 ingredients and 15 minutes cooking time.
