- 2 unripe plantains
- Water
- Blender
Cut plantain into smaller sizes to aid peeling
Put sliced and peeled plantain in a blender, add water and puree till smooth
Transfer the plantain puree into a pan, place on medium heat and stir with a wooden ladle.
The plantain should feel stretchy at a point and the colour slightly darker. You will know when the plantain fufu is fully cooked. It should take roughly about 3- 4 minutes.
Serve plantain fufu with Nigerian soup of choice.
