Ingredients

  • 3 handful of spinach (about 3 cups) substitute with kale or any other edible green leaves
  • Half an orange
  • 1-2 cubed size ginger
  • Half a banana use frozen
  • 2-3 tbsp natural yogurt optional, substitute with water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Process all ingredients in the blender until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water to aid blending to your desired consistency.
