Ingredients

handful of spinach (about 3 cups)
substitute with kale or any other edible green leaves
Half an orange
1-2
cubed size ginger
Half a banana
use frozen
2-3
tbsp
natural yogurt
optional, substitute with water
Ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Process all ingredients in the blender until smooth and serve immediately.
Notes
If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water to aid blending to your desired consistency.
