Mango Popsicle

Mango popsicle made with three simple ingredients. Fresh mango, honey and natural plain yogurt. This is a natural and refreshing summer treat, talk about enjoy what you love without the guilt.

  • popsicle mould


  • 2 cups mango cubed. Substitute with frozen mango
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional


  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until pureed
  • Pour the pureed mango mixture into the popsicle mould, leaving some space to allow for expansion (don’t fill it all the way to the top). Add the stick and place in the freezer for up to six hours.
  • To remove the popsicle from the mould, run the bottom of the mould under warm water (not hot wateto allow you to remove the mango popsicle easily. Serve immediately and enjoy



  • Swap honey for stevia, maple syrup or any other natural sweetener of choice
  • Swap yogurt for coconut milk
