Simple Roasted Chicken Thighs
Today I'm sharing another very simple roasted chicken thigh recipe and it’s simply irresistible. I love to serve this with some rice, potatoes or salad.
- 6-8 boned chicken thighs about 1kg/2lb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli flake or use according to preference
- Cayenne pepper optional
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Reduce the marirnade ingredients by half if you would be using 500g (1lb) chicken thighs.
