What Is in My Turkey Burger

I have used simple and everyday ingredients for my juicy turkey burgers, feel free to add any spices and herbs of choice that you are confident with. If you are wondering what sage is doing on the list, I am a lover of that herb and I use it every time in my meat. So why not on turkey? You only need a little and I can assure you that you would be hooked too.

This is very easy to make, more like a dump and mix type of recipe that comes together in 10 minutes tops

First, you add the mince to a bowl, add the Worcestershire sauce and mix to combine. Followed by the rest of the ingredient and gently mix to combine.

Divide the mince into 4 parts and form to make patties about 1 inch thickness

Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil and heat till hot, carefully add the patties and cook them for about 2 minutes or until golden brown but not burnt. Flip to the other side and sear for another 1 to 2 minutes.

    Build your burger and enjoy.
